SORA aims to bridge the gap between Vietnamese audiences and world art through its diverse range of exhibitions, educational programs, and interactive activities. Simultaneously, SORA supports young domestic artists, providing them with opportunities to exhibit, engage in dialogue, and develop their artistic practices.
One of SORA's main focuses is to foster a lasting love of art in younger audiences through children's exhibitions, workshops, educational activities, and age-appropriate art experiences.

SORA operating model
Art exhibition
At the core of SORA is a system of contemporary art exhibitions, including:
An art exhibition for the public, bringing together Vietnamese and international artists.
The exhibition is designed specifically for children and families, with an accessible presentation of the content and interactive activities.
SORA serves as a regular art destination for audiences worldwide, where they can return multiple times a year for new and exciting shows.

Commercial products
Based on the exhibition content and brand positioning, SORA develops commercial products including:
Merchandise: postcards, posters, tote bags, t-shirts, accessories…
Regular and limited edition prints from works in the exhibition.
Books, exhibition catalogs, research publications, and art stationery.
This creates additional brand touchpoints with the audience, while also opening up a sustainable source of supplementary revenue for the venue and the artists.

Derivatives
Around each exhibition, SORA builds a system of derivative activities to delve deeper into the theme and increase interaction:
Hands-on art workshops for children, teenagers, and adults.
Art talk: a discussion forum with artists, curators, and researchers.
Art education programs for schools, private tour groups.
This class helps transform the exhibition from simply "viewing" into a learning and dialogue-based experience.

Ticket sales & guided experiences
To ensure sustainable operation, SORA has developed a diverse ticketing system:
Admission to the exhibition is based on session/time slot.
Guided tours are available for small groups, schools, and organizations.
Limited-time special tours: meet-and-greets with artists, behind-the-scenes footage, pre-opening previews…
This allows SORA to design multiple levels of experience, tailored to the needs and time/cost investment of each audience group and partner.
